		Initial Client Contact		DCSA undertakes an audit of clients potential for DCSA services with a view to improving clients performance i.e. the triple bottom line.
		Company Evaluation		DCSA consultants undertake an evaluation and diagnosis to determine the areas of opportunity identified in the audit for improving the clients triple bottom line performance.
		Proposal		The client and DCSA determine what action needs to be implemented. A written proposal is presented to the client.
		Implementation		DCSA implements plan of action approved by the client and proceeds with the necessary applications and/or implementation of strategies to improve client’s performance.
		Monitoring Contact		DCSA manages, administers and monitors performance and suggests further action if necessary.
